Beans in diabetes

Use for treatment in cosmetology

Most often, in medicine, they use not ordinary asparagus, but ordinary beans. In this case, only dried bean pods are used in the food, as the green leaves are poisonous. Raw materials are harvested in late summer when the pods begin to blow.

The beans are separated from the pods, and the leaves themselves are usually air-dried. You can store them in a canvas bag for up to three years. In a well-ventilated and dry room, the properties of the flap are not lost for a long time.

The big plus is that the beans themselves and their pods can be bought at any time of the year at an affordable price for everyone. Beans are used:

  1. With edema and urolithiasis. Grind one tablespoon of dried bean leaves and pour one cup of boiling water, leave for 5 minutes, filter, and drink up to three cups a day before meals. It is useful to drink decoction and for prevention.
  2. For heart disease, it is good to eat 150-200 grams of mashed beans a day. Beans are soaked at night and drained in the morning. They collect clean water and put the beans on the fire, after it boils, the water is drained again and cleaned. Now cook until soft, stir in mashed potatoes, and add spices.
  3. With fresh wounds and burns. Dried beans or beans are crushed, and burns and wounds are sprinkled with the resulting flour.
  4. Another type of diabetes. Every morning for three weeks it is necessary to boil in a thermos one tablespoon of dry billets and pour them with half a liter of boiling water. After 30 minutes, the drink is ready. Strain it and drink it during the day before each meal.
  5. Take 15 beans, pour a glass of boiling water, simmer for 5 minutes, strain and take 2 tablespoons before meals.
  6. 2 tablespoons of dried beans are poured with a liter of cold water and left overnight, filtered

in the morning, and taken in a glass before each meal.

In addition, white beans with diabetes are used more often than other types. This is partly because it is less swollen and does not cause stomach discomfort. Bean grains in diabetes can stabilize a patient’s blood sugar in the early stages of the disease. Diabetic bean pods are also used in later stages.

This can significantly reduce sugar, but be sure to use it in combination with medications prescribed by your doctor. Once you have experienced a positive result of taking decoctions from bean leaves, in no case should you arbitrarily refuse medications prescribed by a specialist? All changes in treatment should be monitored by a physician.

Bean pods in combination with some herbs can dissolve kidney stones. To do this, take three teaspoons of bean leaves, blueberry leaves, yarrows, and thorns. Six teaspoons of Polish hot dog and burdock are added. Mix everything well.

Take one tablespoon of the resulting mixture pour 250-300 grams of cold water and stand for an hour. Then bring to a boil and filter. Drink half a glass before each meal. If you feel discomfort in the lumbar region, reduce the volume of the decoction by half. Later they gradually increase.

To cleanse the blood, tea is made from two tablespoons of bean leaves, one tablespoon of dried birch leaves, and one teaspoon of strawberry, pepper, and mint grass. You can cook less by taking one tablespoon of this mixture, pouring 1/2 cup of water, and bring to a boil. Insist for five minutes, strain, and drink before meals.
